  • Utilized ServiceNow incident management to resolve PagerDuty incidents triggered by SIT, UAT, DEV, Build environments, and closed tickets after resolving critical system issues.
  • Used Oracle database to query logs for various applications in Linux servers.
  • Deployed hotfixes in Build, UAT, DEV environments following change management requests, troubleshoot clusters & instances.
  • Worked on a Red Hat OpenShift Kubernetes project hosted in Amazon Cloud Web Services (AWS), and created technical documents in Confluence.
  • Researched for solutions to integrate Red Hat OpenShift 4.0 operators with Elasticsearch, Fluentd, and Kibana (EFK) used for cluster logging.
  • Tested AWS Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS) as an alternative for hosting micro-services.
  • Created request for change tickets for new users required by Wintel, Help Desk, UNIX teams, and coordinated requests to grant access to CSG SingleView applications.
  • Created tickets to open firewalls and port numbers for different applications used by CSG staff in offshore offices.
